England boss Thomas Tuchel has indicated he will not be lenient towards Premier League managers by resting England national team players.
Tuchel stated that he believes club managers do not prioritize the needs of international teams when managing their players.

Tuchel plans to field a strong team for the upcoming World Cup qualifier against Latvia at Wembley.
He explained that his coaching staff will not overthink player rotation, pointing to Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta`s decision to play Declan Rice in a Champions League match against PSV Eindhoven even after Arsenal had a significant lead from the first leg.
Tuchel commented, “Considering Declan Rice played for Arsenal in the second leg after they were already winning 7-1 from the first leg, it doesn`t seem like they are overly concerned about us.”
“Therefore, I don’t think we need to worry too much about this.”
“I prioritize player welfare and scheduling. However, it would send the wrong message to suggest resting players now because they have important club matches coming up.”
“We have a qualifying match to play, and we will make decisions that are best for our team. We maintain communication with clubs and closely monitor player fitness levels. We will not take any unnecessary risks with player health.”
Tuchel referenced an incident where Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola was reportedly very upset when John Stones was injured after former England manager Gareth Southgate played him extensively in friendly matches.
However, Tuchel claimed that during his time managing Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, and Bayern Munich, he never requested players to skip international duty, even when managing players like Harry Kane.

Tuchel stated, “This international break occurs at a critical point in the club season.”
“Clubs are competing for league titles and Champions League quarter-finals. We are aware of this, but we also have our own objectives. The players are eager to play, and that’s how it should be.”
“I have never pressured a national team coach regarding player selection because I hope my players are chosen and are proud to represent their country.”
“No one is ever pleased when injuries occur, and accidents are unpredictable. However, we will make responsible choices.”
“I feel responsible for the players` well-being. I want all players to be available to participate in the Champions League quarter-finals because I want to watch those games.”
Anthony Gordon has returned to Newcastle for treatment due to a hip injury.
The winger, 24, was substituted after sustaining an injury during Friday’s 2-0 victory over Albania.
