Scottie Scheffler’s Tex-Mex Menu for 2025 Masters Dinner

Sports news » Scottie Scheffler’s Tex-Mex Menu for 2025 Masters Dinner

Two-time Masters champion Scottie Scheffler will once again curate the menu for the Masters Club dinner for champions, continuing a tradition he briefly paused last year.

The Masters Club dinner, a tradition since 1952, was initiated by Ben Hogan to honor past tournament winners. This exclusive dinner is attended by all Masters champions and the club chairman, Fred Ridley, as an honorary guest.

Scheffler, who secured his second green jacket last year with a final round of 4-under 68, finishing at 11 under and defeating Ludvig Åberg by four strokes, has designed a menu that reflects his Texas roots.

This year’s Masters Club dinner will commence with an appetizer selection featuring cheeseburger sliders, firecracker shrimp, and meatball and ravioli bites. The main course will offer a choice between Texas-style chili and either cowboy ribeye or blackened redfish.

For the final course, attendees can look forward to a warm chocolate chip skillet cookie served with vanilla bean ice cream for dessert.

This Tex-Mex inspired menu is a departure from the Spanish flavors of the 2024 dinner, which was curated by Jon Rahm. However, for those who remember Scheffler’s 2023 menu, this year’s selection may seem quite familiar.

It seems Scheffler operates by the principle of ‘if it’s not broken, don’t fix it.’ One can only wonder if tortilla soup will make an appearance.
