UFC lightweight contender Paddy Pimblett has expressed his strong desire to fight fellow ranked fighter Justin Gaethje.
Pimblett believes that a victory over Gaethje would solidify his position as the next challenger for the lightweight title. He indicated that Gaethje could potentially be his next opponent, contingent on Gaethje accepting a bout against him in Abu Dhabi this October.
Reflecting on his performance against Michael Chandler, Pimblett conveyed confidence in his ability to defeat Gaethje, stating, “Considering what I did with Chandler, I think I can beat Gaethje.”
