Claire Rowlands, the mother of Manchester City footballer Phil Foden, is reportedly moving out of her current residence after a week marked by fan abuse directed at her family.
In 2021, rising football talent Phil Foden purchased the spacious five-bedroom mansion where his mother, Claire Rowlands, and father, Phil Sr., resided.

However, Phil Foden later relocated with his fiancée, Rebecca Cooke, and their three young children.
The property, situated in the North West, is now listed with an asking price exceeding £3 million – a £150,000 increase from its original purchase price.
This luxury home features a swimming pool, gym, cinema room, golf simulator, and wine cellar.
It is understood that Claire and Phil Sr. have experienced friction with neighbors due to noise disturbances from several parties they hosted at the residence.
According to a source, “Phil and his family enjoyed many happy moments in that house. While Phil moved out, it was convenient for him to have his parents living nearby.”
The source added, “They did encounter some issues with neighbors, and with Phil’s recent move to a more rural area, it seems his parents may be following suit.”
Phil Foden was absent from Manchester City’s squad in their recent 5-2 victory against Crystal Palace. He was reportedly distressed following the Manchester derby last Sunday, where Manchester United fans directed offensive chants towards his mother.
Phil Foden was contacted for comments regarding the house sale.
Phil’s grandmother, Mary Keates, expressed her dismay, stating, “These people need to reconsider their actions. Claire is a wonderful woman and mother.”
She continued, “It deeply upset the entire family; it’s truly appalling and makes me feel sick.”
