Former world No. 1 tennis player Maria Sharapova attended the ceremony honoring Billie Jean King with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Hollywood.
King is the first woman to be awarded her own star in the `Sports Entertainment` category, which was introduced in 2021.
The event was also attended by renowned basketball player Magic Johnson and Academy Award-winning actress Jamie Lee Curtis.
