Leeds United is reportedly interested in signing Newcastle United forward Callum Wilson. Manager Daniel Farke is keen to bolster his attacking options following the club`s promotion from the Championship.

Wilson`s current contract with Newcastle expires at the end of the season, making him a potential free agent target for Leeds.
The 33-year-old joined Newcastle from Bournemouth for £20 million five years ago. He has since scored an impressive 47 goals in 111 Premier League matches for the Magpies.
However, his time at Newcastle has been significantly impacted by injuries. Additionally, his playing time has decreased following the excellent form of fellow striker Alexander Isak.
Wilson has featured in 16 Premier League games this season, with only one start. He has also dealt with hamstring and back problems.
The forward has earned nine caps for England, though his most recent international appearance was against Scotland in 2023.
Meanwhile, Leeds is also reportedly monitoring Wilson`s Newcastle teammate Sean Longstaff. The 27-year-old midfielder is entering the final year of his contract.
He has played 31 times this season and would qualify as a club-trained player for Newcastle if they participate in European competition next season.
