Football fans have expressed strong disapproval towards UEFA, calling them “completely scandalous” after noticing a significant increase in ticket prices for the Champions League final.
This year`s final match, scheduled for May 31st at Bayern Munich`s Allianz Arena, will feature extremely expensive tickets, with the best seats reaching a staggering £816.

Tickets for the Europa League and Europa Conference League finals have also seen a slight increase in price this year.
Ticket sales for all three men`s finals have commenced on UEFA`s website and will continue until 10 am UK time on April 11th.
Both finalist clubs in the Champions League will each receive 18,000 tickets in Bayern`s stadium, which has a capacity of 64,500. A total of 38,700 tickets are designated for fans and the general public.
UEFA`s `Fans First` policy ensures that fans of the participating clubs can purchase tickets for £60 through a lottery system.
However, fans desiring premium seats will face significantly higher costs.
Category 1 tickets, the most expensive, have increased by 33 percent to €950 (£816), up from €713 (£612).
Category 2 seats are priced at €650 (£558), a 30 percent increase from last season`s price of €500 (£429).
Category 3 tickets have slightly decreased to €180 (£154) from €186 (£160).
Social media users have accused UEFA of trying to “rip off” supporters.
One person commented that charging such high prices should be illegal, regardless of the event.
Another questioned the affordability, calling the prices “absolutely mental.”
Someone else described the prices as unjustified and a “total disgrace.”
Another comment simply stated it was “pure greed!”
In the Champions League, Arsenal and Aston Villa are the remaining Premier League teams. Arsenal is set to play Real Madrid, and Aston Villa will face Paris Saint-Germain in the quarter-finals.
Bayern, Inter Milan, Barcelona, and Borussia Dortmund are the other teams still competing for a spot in the final.

For the Europa League final in Bilbao on May 21st, 41,000 out of 49,600 tickets will be available to fans and the general public.
`Fans First` Europa League tickets cost €40 (£34), while Category 1, 2, and 3 tickets are priced at €240 (£206), €160 (£137), and €65 (£55) respectively.
Manchester United and Tottenham are still in contention for the Europa League title this season. Chelsea is the favorite to win the Europa Conference League final in Wroclaw, Poland, on May 28th.
Europa Conference League `Fans First` tickets are €25 (£21), with Category 1 at €190 (£163), Category 2 at €140 (£120), and Category 3 at €45 (£38).
