Everton has officially announced the name and naming rights partner for their new state-of-the-art stadium.
The club is preparing to open the 52,888-capacity venue at Bramley-Moore Dock in August. This marks a significant move as the team has been based at their historic home, Goodison Park, since 1892.

Club executives confirmed that Liverpool-based legal practice Hill Dickinson has secured the naming rights partnership for the waterside facility. As a result, the ground will formally be known as the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
However, the reveal has met with a mixed reaction from some sections of the fanbase.
One fan commented:
Hate the name but I`ll just call it Bramley Moore like most people will anyway. Hope they paid a wedge.
Another shared their feelings:
Rather just stay at Goodison now tbf.
A third predicted:
Everyone will still call it the Bramley Moore.
And a fourth expressed nostalgia:
Nothing will be Goodison, at least we got the extra cash for next season.
Conversely, other supporters viewed the news more positively.
One positive response read:
Clean logo. Lots of money. Can`t complain.
Another fan praised the club, suggesting it was
Well done Everton biggest naming right deal in Europe.
Amidst the discussion, one particular request from a fan stood out.
A supporter specifically asked:
Can we please have some Everton badges on the stadium now.
Everton has already conducted trial events at the new dock facility. These included an Under-18s match held in February against Wigan.
Fans are now looking forward to an emotional final day at Goodison Park on Sunday. This match against Southampton will be the last home game for Everton in the current Premier League season at their long-standing stadium.
THIS IS A DEVELOPING STORY…
