However, the Al-Nassr star`s physiological age was found to be 11 years younger than his actual age, according to tests by “Whoop”.
Whoop is a tech firm specializing in fitness trackers and health monitoring, and Ronaldo serves as their ambassador.
The company`s tests analyze physiological data like heart rate and heart rate variability to provide users insights on their effort, recovery, and sleep.
On the Whoop podcast, the football legend shared the results of these tests, revealing his “biological age” compared to his chronological age.
The tests showed his biological age is 28.9 years, making him physiologically 11 years younger than his actual age.
He commented on the results, saying, “I can`t believe it`s so good. 28.9.”
After this revelation, Ronaldo stated: “This means I`ll play football for another ten years.”
This declaration, made by a player who has already had a career spanning over 1,000 professional games and scored 792 goals, implies he aims to continue playing until he reaches the age of 50.
