Barcelona views Marcus Rashford as a potential summer signing, but they are reportedly unwilling to pay the £40 million transfer fee.
The Spanish club is apparently ready to make the Manchester United forward`s “dream move” to Spain a reality.

The 27-year-old Rashford is currently on loan at Aston Villa, having lost his regular place under Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim.
The English forward has scored 4 goals in 17 appearances since moving in January.
However, his improved form has been interrupted by a persistent hamstring injury.
This injury is not expected to need surgery but will end his current season. Rashford is now reportedly scheduled to discuss his future with United.
Reports suggest Barcelona is prepared to step in and offer the 27-year-old the move he desires.
However, they plan to negotiate the transfer fee and are “unwilling to pay the £40m price” previously agreed with Aston Villa.
Barcelona had considered a loan move for Rashford in January but found it difficult to manage his high weekly wages of £325,000.
The same report suggests the forward is reportedly “willing to take a pay cut” to join a Spanish LaLiga club.
A return to Manchester United appears less probable, as manager Amorim is already looking for potential replacements.
There are reports that personal terms have potentially been agreed with Wolves` Matheus Cunha, who has a release clause of £62.5 million.
United is also reportedly interested in Ipswich striker Liam Delap, available for £30 million following Ipswich`s relegation to the Championship.
United manager Amorim reportedly feels confident he made the correct choice by allowing both Rashford and Antony to leave on loan in January.

Speaking recently, Amorim commented: “Our team is lacking in many aspects.”
“In January, we lost players like Rashford and Antony.”
“However, I believe there are more significant matters here than just scoring an extra 10 goals this season.”
