Arsenal is considering a move for Harvey Higgins, a young striker from Blackburn Rovers and an England youth international.
The Gunners are keen on securing the 16-year-old prospect and hope to finalize a deal in the coming weeks.

Blackburn Rovers would receive a compensation fee for Higgins, potentially around £1.5 million.
Despite being only 16, Higgins is already playing for Blackburn`s under-18 team, and his performances for England youth teams have caught Arsenal`s attention.
There is optimism that Higgins could follow a similar path to success as Adam Wharton and David Raya, who also began their careers at Ewood Park.
Sources familiar with Higgins describe his playing style as similar to Jamie Vardy, the experienced Leicester City striker.
Higgins is known for his ability to chase through balls, use his strength, and finish effectively.
He has already trained with Blackburn`s Under-21s while still being a schoolboy.
Several other top clubs are also showing interest in the promising young striker, creating competition for his signature.
His talent has also attracted sponsors, and he has signed a contract with Puma.
Top Italian Serie A clubs are also monitoring Higgins and might make an offer.
In January, Arsenal also inquired about Jaden Dixon, a defender from Stoke City, and they are still tracking his development.
Blackburn is also trying to retain another young talent, defender Silver Eze, who is being pursued by major clubs. Eze, an Italian youth international, joined Blackburn from Accrington Stanley for £120,000 in November.
